Our ideal candidate is confident in their clinical expertise, has a clear specialty area, and is prepared to offer services at a premium rate. We do not accept insurance, offer sliding scale fees, or operate on a high-volume model — instead, we prioritize high-quality, specialized care and value-driven client relationships.

This environment is best suited for therapists who are self-driven, clinically thoughtful, and invested in building and maintaining a strong caseload. You should be comfortable being direct, honest, and a little unconventional — because we are. Our approach to therapy is relational, authentic, and grounded in meaningful work rather than traditional formality.
