We’re looking for a therapist who is confident in their skills, works independently, and takes pride in providing high-quality care to the clients they serve — someone with a strong work ethic who can operate autonomously, while still being a collaborative, supportive member of our team.
This role is for you if….
You are willing and clinically prepared to work with both individuals and couples
You have a clearly defined niche and a strong interest in working with trauma
You have a strong work ethic
You value autonomy over your schedule and caseload, while still contributing positively to a team environment
You prioritize continued growth and actively pursue advanced trainings, certifications, and clinical development
You are comfortable working in a self-pay or out-of-network model and you provide services that reflect the value of that investment
You are confident in your ability to conduct professional and effective phone consultations
You communicate directly, set appropriate boundaries, and are willing to challenge clients when growth requires it
You take pride in providing high-quality care and hold yourself to a high professional standard

You are not clinically prepared or willing to work with couples
You prefer an environment where your schedule and caseload is managed for you
You do not have a defined niche
You are not comfortable working with trauma and helping clients get to the root cause of their concerns /do deeper work
You do not feel you are able to provide the quality of care that aligns with a self-pay or out-of-network model
You are not comfortable in your ability to conduct phone consultations and turn inquiries into scheduled clients
You are not motivated to pursue ongoing professional development or advanced trainings
Your primary modality is CBT
You plan for this to be a short-term job
